1. No Refunds for Services

All services provided by Rashiai.com are customized and based on the information shared by users during the consultation process. As such, these services cannot be retracted, reversed, or resold. Therefore, once a consultation has been initiated or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

1.2 Commitment of Time and Resources:
Our consultants dedicate significant time and effort to prepare for and deliver personalized advice. This upfront commitment makes refunds unfeasible.

2.1 Incorrect Payment Processing:
In cases where a technical issue results in:

  • Duplicate payments for the same service.

  • Incorrect charges not authorized by the user.

Refunds may be considered upon verification. To request such a refund, users must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at contact@rashiai.com with proof of payment.

2.2 Discretionary Refunds:
While refunds are generally not offered, Rashiai reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. However, the decision of Rashiai will be final and binding.
